But that doesn’t mean we can’t reap the benefits of meditation in other ways. A meditation practice is about noticing.  Noticing the breath, the body, our minds, our posture.  
 
Dynamic Meditations are when we engage the body to do the same thing. Notice. This 30 day online course will guide you through three very accessible dynamic meditations that are sure to ignite a whole new sequence of daily practices in your life.

Stay on track with Weekly Online Meet Ups & Daily Prompts

This course has 4 x online one-hour meet ups (two time zone options) and daily 'live' and recorded prompts to keep you on track. These daily motivational video prompts are recorded ON THE DAY. We do not pre-record anything. All of our online courses are in REAL TIME. We want to help you stay committed and connected to small daily changes that make a big difference. We provide a tracker system on Google Docs for each participant to fill in daily to help keep everyone motivated.

 

The total amount of time each day is no more than 60 minutes, though you are free to do more.

Accountability is key to Progress

Accountability is key when it comes to making small shifts in our daily lives. When we register for courses that are “at our own pace” people tend to put them off. Procrastination is human nature. Bloom Rhythms online workshops will help keep you accountable - with gentle, easy prompts.

 

It’s all about saying YES to 30 days of YOU TIME.  We are here to, first and foremost, support you. Because no one can do it alone. It takes a GLOBAL VILLAGE to Bloom into New Rhythms.

Hoop Meditation

Hooping practice includes large waist hoops that are very easy to use.  In fact, if you haven’t done waist hooping, you are in for a big surprise.  It is the best kept secret in the wellness industry.  Why?  Because it really does work.  The hoop engages the Dai Mai belt – the area of our body where the meridians all meet up. And when we activate this area, the energy (or chi) is released and frees us up to feel so lightened and brightened.  And it also brings a sense of freedom and fun into our daily lives.  Hoops are provided, but we will need at least 30 days to get the hoops to you.

Daily Time Commitment: 10-15 minutes

Yoga

Yoga is an age old wellness practice that has become very mainstream.  And for good reason.  It stretches our bodies and minds, bringing a sense of calm into our daily lives.  There are so many types of yoga practices.  In this 30-day course we work with YIN YOGA, which is slow, nourishing, and invites a beautiful form of dynamic meditation into our daily rhythm and practice.
 
Daily Time Commitment: 10-15 minutes

Walk

Walking is one of the best dynamic meditations around.  The rhythm of the feet.  One foot in front of the other.  There is no need to complicate it.  Just walk.  Breathe.  Notice.  Without staring at your mind or body, just notice you and celebrate your ability to get yourself from one place to the next.  However long that takes.
 
Daily Time Commitment: 15-30 minutes
